Each piece manufactured in the Skycrest kitchen is individually handmade; allowing quality control to be maintained and ensure our customers receive the highest quality produce.
Our food is fully Council and Health Department and NSW Food Authority approved with a HACCP program in place and Halal certification. The kitchen has expanded to now include three large walk-in freezers for storage, as well as a blast freezer/chiller that allows for the rapid reduction of core product temperature following cooking. This maintains the high quality and delicious taste of our products and retains the natural moist texture of each individual piece, which extends product shelf life.
Skycrest is a proud supporter of Oz Harvest and we also recycle all packaging and bottles. We pride ourselves in using only first-class suppliers who also have HACCP accreditation.
