Pty Ltd
was established in 1987, and has grown from a small
base of corporate clients to a diversified company
involved in product development and sales. Our principals,
John and Felicity Roff, are hands-on proprietors
John is a respected chef who worked at The Sydney
Opera House as
Function Chef for 3 years, Sous Chef
for one year and Executive Chef for 5 years, before
opening his own business.
In 1994 Skycrest Pty Ltd diversified to include a
product division supplying a range of cocktail pastry
items and desserts to venues, caterers, and in-house
caterers throughout the Sydney area. In 1999 Skycrest
Pty Ltd expanded the range to include larger quiche,
individual tarts and petit fours and commenced supply
to Qantas for first class use internationally. This
has now been expanded to business class and includes
supply direct to Melbourne and Canberra together with
some domestic flights from Sydney.We are able to combine
excellent quality control and the finest ingredients
with hand-made appeal; and because we supply to airlines
as well as professional caterers, our volume allows
very competitive pricing.

Skycrest is now located
in Unit 50 (still centrally located in Alexandria)
having completed building a new facility. The
new kitchen is more than 300 square metres and
comes complete with large cool room, freezer,
an air-conditioned office and boardroom. Our
modern commercial kitchen is fully Council and
Health Dept approved and has an Ozone Air Purification
system. Skycrest has full HACCP accreditation
in place and has documented HACCP procedures
together with food safety plans and charts for
all items produced. Skycrest also recycle all
packaging, bottles and vegetable waste. Skycrest
use only first-class suppliers who also have
HACCP accreditation.
