Skycrest Pty Ltd was established in 1987, since then it has grown from catering for corporate clients, to a diversified company involved in product development and sales. Their expansion has been a result of the passion ‘hands on’ Proprietors’, John and Felicity Roff have for excellence. They combine this with their ability to source the finest ingredients, allowing them to create their divine signature products. This has enabled them to continually produce high quality pieces with the freshest ingredients and constantly experiment with new flavours and product lines. John’s skills and inspiration to create his own product range rose from his nine year period at The Sydney Opera House as firstly Function Chef, then Sous Chef and ultimately Executive Chef.

Each piece produced in the Skycrest production kitchen is individually handmade; allowing quality control to be maintained and ensure each piece you receive is of the highest quality. The Skycrest product range includes their renowned butter pastry tartlets, cocktail pastries and sweets, to larger individual plate sized savoury pieces such as croustades, pies and quiches. There is also a large range of desserts items with sauces and brittle to compliment their divine flavours.

In 1999 Skycrest Pty Ltd commenced supply to Qantas Sydney for first class use internationally; this has now been expanded to supplying business class and domestic flights nationally. This allows us to have very competitive prices on quality pieces that you will not find anywhere else.

Skycrests’ commercial kitchen is centrally based in Alexandria and is fully Council and Health Department approved with a HACCP program in place. The kitchen has expanded to now include 3 large walk in freezers for storage together with the installation of a blast freezer/chiller that has allowed for the rapid reduction of core product temperature following cooking. This maintains the high quality and delicious taste of our products retaining the natural moist texture of each individual piece, and extends their shelf life.

Skycrest supports OzHarvest and also recycle all packaging, bottles and vegetable waste; we also use only first-class suppliers who also have HACCP accreditation.
