French for “pie-crust” these are made with Skycrests’ own delicious pastry base, creating a container to be filled with the savoury flavours from the kitchen. Catering for all taste buds from the hearty meat filled Pastitso and Shepherd’s Pie to vegetarian flavours of Roasted Red Pepper and Goat’s Cheese, Spanikopita and Parisenne Pea and Pumpkin.
