Savoury

Savoury Cakes- 5cm round
Potato Cake
Made from chunks of creamy desiree potatoes encased in a crunchy layer you can only get from perfectly roasted potatoes paired with an aged parmesan cheese. This is one side dish that is bound to get your senses working in overdrive! Serve as a starter, a snack with your favourite sauce, or a side to match your main course.

Sweet Corn & Potato Cake
Just as delicious as our potato cakes, the addition of sweet corn kernels paired with fresh shallots makes this savoury cake deliciously sweet.

Spinach & Fetta Cake
Combining the flavours of the Potato Cakes with the addition of freshly wilted English Spinach and Fetta Cheese, Skycrest have created the perfect appetizer.

8cm Pie
Skycrest have added two new delicious fillings to our 8cm pies, our Lamb Massaman Curry and Chicken Potato Curry Pies are sure to warm you from the inside out.


Tarte Tartin
Skycrest has taken the classic French ‘upside-down’ tart, created in 1889, to inspire there two divine savoury tarte tartin’s.
A Roasted Pumpkin Tarte Tartin, and a Roasted Capsicum and Fetta Tarte Tartin. Both Tartin’s sit on top of a savoury biscuit base and then perfectly finished with a topping of Skycrests’ own sweet onion marmalade.

Goats Cheese & Fresh Herb Frittata
Made from the highest quality, handcrafted and award winning South Australian Woodside Goats Cheese. This fresh, lively cheese has a smooth and creamy finish that is matched with slivers of leek and finished with fresh herbs (basil, chives and continental parsley). It is guaranteed to leave any crowd wanting more.


 




Sweet


Banana Bread
A sweet, moist, light and fluffy home-made banana bread loaf. Made with real bananas and filled with crunchy walnuts and juicy sultanas. The loaf can be sliced into about 10 delicious slices that can be served warm/lightly grilled, then topped with melting butter.

Banana & Pecan Muffins
Made from mashed sweet, moist bananas with chunks of pecans and pecan meal, produces a moist light and fluffy muffin that is Perfect for morning or afternoon tea with a cup of coffee, to satisfy that sweet craving without feeling guilty.

Cakes
These cakes are available in 8cm size. Everyone will love these as a mouth watering morning tea or dessert that can be served “as is” or softly warmed and paired with Skycrests’ own matching Sauces and Syrups.

Olive Oil & Sauternes Cake
Combining an Organic extra virgin olive oil from Italy, with a sweet white wine that captures the aromas of apricot and citrus, it is finely textured, super moist and simply irresistible!

Pineapple Ginger Cake
A rich and dense cake that if filled with the spice of Glace Ginger and the sweetness of pineapple finished with the syrupiness of a slice of pineapple and a caramel pineapple glaze (also available in 7cm size).

Peach Hazelnut Cake
The delicious combination of a Toasted Hazelnut cake, then topped with slices of fresh peaches and then finished with a roasted crumble topping makes this cake one you will definately be ordering again.

Apple & Cinnamon Teacake
A Light and fluffy vanilla, coconut and apple cake spiced with the perfect flavour combination of cinnamon. Topped with slices of apple sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon giving them a yummy sweet crunch.

Tarts
These individual tarts with their sweet pastry shell and enticing filling, when served slightly warmed with a dollop of marscapone, crème friache, cream or ice cream are impossible to resist. Available in 9cm size at $3.10 each, minimum order 50.

MEDITERRANEAN Nut Tart

Made from roasted Hazelnuts, Almonds and Walnuts partnered with the scrumptious flavours of dried figs and aniseed, then coated in a glistening sweet butterscotch flavoured glaze.

Rhubarb & Almond Crumble Tart
Delicious almond frangipane, with the exquisite partnership of the sweet and sharp flavours of rhubarb finished with a sweet cinnamon crumble.

Brittle - Pistachio Praline Or Hazelnut Brittle
Sprinkle or scatter these brittles over desserts for added crunchy texture and nutty flavour. Topping a simple dessert will transform it to a divine dinner party finisher. Made from roasted hazelnuts or pistachios they can top a range of dishes - bavarois, panna cotta, roasted peaches with yoghurt, or to dress up a simple cake or meringue.
